Jim is a gem to work with. I was looking for a pair of Red Tony Lama boots for my daughter but unfortunately they were backordered until April of 2013. He found a pair almost identical in Justin's, called them to see if they were in stock, then called me while he kept them on hold to see if I wanted them. He went above and beyond to help me get the perfect pair of boots and have them drop shipped to me since I am a driving distance away. All while his wife was very sick in the hospital. GREAT store to do business with and will definately recommend them to everyone for their western needs. Not to mention, any further boot purchase I make in the future. Perfect store to keep your money local at.

I have to say, Buying with you was Great!! I've purchased I believe 5 sets of Boots & 1 pr of shoes @ the Big-E(3 of those boots were for the Wife & she would wear everyday loves them) Hope to keep the Big-E tradition next year. Thanks Again

I bought a pair of boots at the Big E yesterday. Ladies Antique Saddle Brushed Laser A1970. They are beautiful!!! While I was trying them I think 2 other women ended up buying the same ones. I wore them the rest of the fair and got soo many compliments. With all the walking we were doing my feet were not hurting in my new boots. I got home and tried them with my skinny jeans, boot cut jeans, skirt, shorts...Look great with all and are soo comfy! I was hesatent to buy them because of cost but am soo glad I did! A high quality boot that looks soo good and I will enjoy for many years! Thanks J.C. Sales. Will see you next year!

I was at the DeKalb County Fair and you had me try on a pair of ladies Stetson boots that were discontinued that I absolutely loved.
